Waiting for Departure

"I took this picture in an airport terminal, capturing the universal experience of waiting. The extreme contrast in black and white emphasizes the quiet isolation of the dark interior benches against the bright, almost overexposed world outside the window. I love the small human element: the child lying down, completely absorbed in the view of the tarmac and distant mountains. It's a stark, graphic image about the time spent between destinations, turning a mundane travel moment into something contemplative and dramatic."
